Meet the Coaching Staff
Mr Alderman (Coach)
Mr Alderman is a UEFA C license goalkeeper and outfield coach who also has a first-class degree in football coaching. The majority of his footballing experience comes from playing for various Step 6 clubs. He has also coached at these clubs and for various goalkeeper coaching academies. He is now a PE Teacher at 六合彩论坛 and has a great passion for growing the Central Sixth Football Academy.
Mr Johnson (Coach)
I have been coaching for over 20 years and in that time, I have coached a variety of teams from U8鈥檚 right through to the men鈥檚 game. Coaching school鈥檚 football has been the constant during my time as a coach, where I have taken charge of 六合彩论坛 school sides, moving forward to working with Wolverhampton Schools; Currently, I am team manager for the West Midlands County Schools U14 side, where they compete in region and national competitions. In addition to this, I am also coaching the U12 side at Walsall FC Academy, where I have been coaching for over 3 years. I currently hold the UEFA B licence coaching qualification and I am looking to gain a place on the UEFA A licence course soon.
My philosophy on the game: in possession, is that I like my teams to play through the thirds as much as possible, but not to be solely restricted with this tactic as I want my teams to recognise when to play longer where necessary and exploit spaces by the opposition. Out of possession, the team must press aggressively within their units and look to regain possession as high up the pitch as possible. If the press does not work, then we are solid and compact, defending spaces and closing the opposition quickly. Again, looking for quick regains and counterattack swiftly. Therefore, the emphasis on fitness is immense if our teams are to play in this fashion.
