We are seeking to recruit a talented, enthusiastic Science teacher with a record of outstanding practice, either in post or in training. Candidates should have the ability to deliver a mastery of concepts to instil knowledge and application of the subject.

Candidates should have a record of outstanding practice, either in post or in training, with knowledge of course specifications, together with a capacity to excite students with a range of innovative teaching and learning strategies to challenge and develop creative thinking.

Central Learning Partnership Trust is a successful and expanding Multi Academy Trust. There are currently 16 schools in the Trust from three different local authorities, Worcester, Wolverhampton and Rotherham, comprising of 3 secondary, 5 primary, 7 special and one alternative provision facility.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Support Assistant to join our Central Team and work closely with all of our schools across the Trust.Ìý This is a new and exciting opportunity for anyone who is ambitious and has a passion to gain experience within the education sector and who has the career aspirations to grow and develop as a highly competent HR Professional within our Trust.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistency and efficient of HR processes, including but not limited to recording and analysis of all day to day functions such as recruitment and onboarding, employee relations

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, and the Trusts Policies and Procedures, escalating more complex issues as required.
  • Providing a range of administrative support to improve and enhance the function of the HR team.
  • Support the Trusts daily HR activities.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for all records generated on the HR systems.
  • Collation and maintenance of HR records to ensure compliance across the Trust.

To be successful in this role, you need to:

  • Have 5 GCSEs grade 9-4 (A* – C), including English and Math’s.
  • Be qualified to at least NVQ level 3 / CPID Level 3 or have sufficient training or equivalent experience as a HR practitioner.
  • Be able to demonstrate relevant experience in successfully developing HR processes and low-level case work.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Be committed towards continuous professional development.
  • Have a good level of understanding of HR legislation.
  • Be able to work independently and with others.
  • Have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Be highly skilled and proficient in the application of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Have a full driving license and your own vehicle.
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Be committed to the academic, personal development and safeguarding of our young people.
